What:

Holiday studio mini sessions photographed, edited, and delivered by Amy Slogar Photography partnered with Yaya + Lou

Yaya + Lou will provide the space for a studio set up and will advertise sessions via Instagram stories.

Amy Slogar Photography and Yaya + Lou will work together to design the set for the photos.

Amy will provide all photography equipment including cameras, lighting, and backdrop.

Proposed dates and times:

November 18th & November 25th

Sessions would run every 20 minutes from 10:00am-3:40pm with an hour break from 12:00-1:00 pm, 15 sessions per date.

Sessions are 15 minutes long with a 5 minute buffer between clients.

Budget and projected profit:

The budget for decor will be $500 for bench seating, ottoman seating, and miscellaneous decor

If all sessions on both dates are booked, there will be a projected $6000+ earned from total sales.

Amy Slogar Photography and Yaya and Lou will split the gross profits.  Amy Slogar Photography will receive 70% of the gross profit.  Yaya + Lou will receive 30% of the gross profit.

Client experience:

Sessions will be $200 and clients will receive 10 finished photos of their choice with an option to receive additional photos at $10 per photo.

The potential clients will fill out the booking form (hosted by amyslogarphotography.com) providing their information and their preferred date.

Amy will reply to each potential client to confirm a date and time.

Once a time is confirmed, Amy will send the potential client an invoice and portrait contract. A signed contract and invoice paid in full is required to book their date and time.

After the session is booked, Amy will send each client an information guide about what to expect on the day of the session and a style guide.

48 hours after the sessions, Amy will send each client a proof gallery and explain the process of choosing their photos for editing. Once the final selections are made by the client, they will email Amy to begin the editing process.

If additional photos are chosen, Amy will send out another invoice which must be paid before starting the editing process.

After the photos are chosen, the editing and turnaround time is 7 days. The photos are delivered via online gallery where they can download their high resolution photos.
